Refund and Returns Policy

At Pro Permit Services, we are committed to providing timely and accurate permit solutions for your transportation and hauling needs. Due to the specialized nature of our services, this Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All permit processing services—including but not limited to oversize/overweight permits, superload permits, trip permits, and fuel permits—are non-refundable once processing has begun. This includes:

  • Submission of permit applications to government agencies

  • Allocation of administrative or compliance resources

  • Payments made to third-party agencies or state authorities on your behalf

Once the permitting process is underway, we are unable to reverse or cancel the transaction.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made:

  • Before processing starts may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a standard administrative fee.

  • After processing has started are not eligible for a refund due to irreversible submission and agency costs.

3. Permit Denials or Rejections

Permit rejections by government agencies due to incorrect information provided by the client (such as inaccurate vehicle data, route details, or load dimensions) are not eligible for a refund.

However, if a denial results from an internal error on our part, we will:

  • Attempt to correct and resubmit the permit application at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally submit a duplicate permit request and notify us before processing begins, we will cancel the second order and issue a full or partial refund.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

6. No Physical Returns

As Pro Permit Services does not sell physical goods or tangible products, there are no returns in the traditional sense. All services are digitally delivered or submitted to regulatory agencies on your behalf.

7. Contact Us for Refund Requests

To request a cancellation or refund, contact our support team with the following:

  • Full name and company (if applicable)

  • Order or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund or cancellation request

  • Date of service request
